The masseuse had a rough patch of skin on her hand that felt uncomfortable the entire massage. My feet were pressing into her chest most of the massage as well. Her phone also rang and she picked it up mid massage. Not sure why this place has such rave ratings because I've been to hundreds of massage places and this is subpar - at best. Note that if you're looking for somewhere to relax, the focus on feet here is more geared towards reflexology. You also will be placed upright in a stiff chair and your neck will hurt at the end of the "massage". The same classical song on repeat for an hour also became torturous. Never again.
