Their feet massages "just ok"...but they did NOT like reception / greeter woman (heard her have negative attitude). They referred me to other places they use in Vaughan and Markham. This was a shock and it is a disgusting habit, so during my 45 minute foot massage, I struggled with the idea of her hands on my feet right after she smoked. 2 - The front desk reception lady was rude, has been in the past, when I asked about the TV not working properly... she dismissed my request. Then it was her that called me after I left, asking for a bigger tip, but never asked me why such a small tip, then she said "never book Vivian again". I am very sensitive to smokers, others could be allergic, and it is a vile and bad health habit and should be kept private, and at least done outside their back door which I know other staff go to...
