What I ordered and what was delivered was totally different. I notified Blossom of this discrepancy. Nora at Blossom's Customer Svc took the complaint and emailed me with an offer of a refund of 10% that I didn't accept. $8 refund on a $84 purchase. I then had a call for Ken (definitely not his name) called me and offered a 15% refund with 10% coupon which I refused to accept. This company is crooked and will rob you. BBB has over 300 negative reviews about this company. Please beware and do NOT use this company. They don't send what you order; Recipients receive whatever Blossom wants to send and then offer a 10% discount but keep the balance of your money!! This is illegal and has to be stopped. They claim that they don't know who the florist is! Total BULL!! CONSUMERS BEWARE OF BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY!

Petals and Glass has a small and unassuming storefront on W. 8th Street in western Cincinnati. The storefront can fool you, because it has a lot of stuff in the window and looks a bit cluttered. This is deceiving because the building is so deep, it allows them the space to process all of their orders. Often, we talk about "going/shopping local". This place is a locally owned florist shop, struggling to keep a foothold against the big supermarket chains. We asked for a nice spree of flowers to take back. The owner came out with a nice bouquet and a free bottle of water to fill the metal vase at the gravesite...for $10 bucks. We then chatted a bit longer. I was so impressed with their amicable service that I set up an account to handle all of our out of town floral needs (the occasional funeral, get well flowers, or graduation needs). They can ship flowers anywhere in the U.S. If you get a chance, try out this local, neighborhood committed, full service floral business. They do great work!
