One of our first stops was the European Wax Center. The location is clean and sparse. There are individual rooms for privacy. We were warmly welcomed and quickly booked our appointments. Nothing major, just eyebrow and lip waxing. I was let down the hallway by my waxer, and entered a room that was bright yet comfortable. It has been a while since I've had eyebrow waxing done. The European Wax Center uses a proprietary waxing formula. It's not like the crock pot filled with honey colored molten lava that you are used to. The wax itself is kind of a dark bluish tinge. The texture is very thick and warm. But not scalding. It goes on smoothly and after it set the wax itself is ripped off. They don't use the bed sheet strips. It's a new modernized approach to body grooming. The results were amazing, and have lasted for a little over a month. The staff is friendly. They have other pampering products there that are worth a look. I'm a fan of the eyebrow gel. And there is an amazing mini exfoliator. First-time customers I believe get a free or discounted wax. And if you refer a friend they also get a discount.
