A spa then, if we aren't referring to the mineral bath sort (and since its 2022 rather than 1922, we aren't) would have to cater to health/ weight loss/ beauty/ relaxation in a way that isn't done by other businesses. That's why you expect to see medical services at any beauty provider that calls themselves "spa". Otherwise, its just a salon advertising falsely.
