I had been driving around with a duct-taped side mirror for months; in fear of the cost and time it would take to replace it. I would drive a few miles; the mirror would fall off (dangling by its wires) and I would have to pull over and reattach it. This went on for months. The Toyota dealership had quoted me over $1,000 dollars for replacement of the mirror and service to install it. I ended up purchasing the mirror online, and then just googled the closest auto repair store to install it. Golden Nugget Body & Paint popped up, so I swung by there during my break to see if I could schedule an appointment to have the online ordered mirror (which did not match in color) installed. The general manager, Dustin Jensen, said "I'll do it right now" and had it ALL DONE in twenty minutes! Not only was the service quick, but he even removed the cover of the new mirror and replaced with the undamaged old cover (so it would match the car) AND took the time to remove the adhesive mess left by the duct-tape. It cost me $80 and 20 minutes. Anyhow, I know this is a long review, but for those of us who have been scarred by the auto-repair process, I had to share my experience with this gem of a business.

He called me the next day and said the estimate was done and had already contacted the insurance co., who sent their own estimator, and agreed with repairs. They started on it a couple days later and was done within 2 weeks. Because it is metallic black, I was skeptical of the paint matching. When I picked it up, it was sunny and the paint matched perfectly! You couldn't tell it was in a wreck or had been painted or that it was even in a body shop! Great work all around!

I took my vehicle in to get brakes done. A week later I was back to get a caliper replaced. I…read moreinitially chalked it up to the age of my car. A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

Well they replace my starter and I go to pick up my car and the check engine light and traction control lights are on, they were not on before I took it in. So i go back inside and explain that and they tell me they didn't touch anything but the starter. They run a diagnostic and say my crank shaft censor needs to be replaced. At this point for the starter and crank shaft censor i'm already at $1000. Then after the replace the crank shaft sensor all of a sudden the timing in my engine is fully out of time and I'm being told it's a $5000+ to repair and the car will no longer even turn on, keys won't even lock the door. Gotten a few other opinions verbally, didn't take it anywhere else, but got told that if it was running perfectly fine before I took it in that it makes no sense that now all of a sudden the timing is out.
