I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! Reed Point is 7 hours away from home. The sun was quickly going down and the weather was too cold to try and figure things out without. David was dispatched and quickly contacted us to let us know he was on his way to our son (60-90 minutes away). As soon as he got to our son, they picked up his car, dropped him off at a motel, then dropped off his car at the shop. He then contacted us to ensure both our son and his car were safe. We were so grateful. David said he'd want the same type of service and care for his own children, and we believe him! We are so grateful for David!
