He used a sprayer with Roundup printed on the side to distribute the cleaner and then used a plastic rake. Afterwards he used a small portable unit. The final results was a very streaked carpet that smelled terrible and was still very wet 10 hours later. Cannot recommend this service.

As a result, there was a lot of SMOKE in her favorite recliner lift chair. The customer service rep on the phone could hear the urgency and made it happen - SAME DAY SERVICE. Jay and Thaddeus arrived within a couple of hours. They worked well as a team and gave the lift chair a thorough cleaning.
