The place is very clean and the staff is incredible. I was told this is the best dentist in town when I moved here and so far Dr. Gonzales has proven this is true. A little more costly than other dentists in town (at least that is what I was told) but if you want reliable comprehensive care you can trust then this is the place to go.

So I was in Missouri visiting family for a week and I hadn't been to the dentist in years, yes…read moreshame on me I know but anyways. I schedule an appointment to see what kind of work I need to have done and while I was there getting X-rays and a cleaning they found a few cavities so we needed to schedule a follow up to get the fillings. So while finishing up the cleaning (which may I add Bailey did an amazing job! Seriously, such gentle and intricate work! ) they had someone cancel an appointment just an hour after my own so of course I took it since I only planned to be in town a few days more. Well when Dr Goodman found out I was just going to leave to run an errand and then come right back ( in the pouring rain) he just decided to take care of me right then and there! It was seriously so thoughtful. I just couldn't get over how polite and positive every single person I encountered there was! They spent so much time take care of my teeth and make sure I was properly numbed before doing any drilling. I can say I am impressed! Most pleasurable dentist experience I've had. I definitely recommend!

I contacted Better Business bureau with my issue and she returned a reply and she lied about many things they don't even document what they do and she doesn't know anything about what was done in the dental chair to me! She's got all the details screwed up! And then she claims that I lied -unbelievable! I actually like Dr Goodman and he tried to communicate with his lab man over in Jumps Dental practice where he has a lab in the basement and he States he's done thousands of dentures for Mr Goodman but he sure did an injustice on mine and then they tried to tell me that they couldn't make me happy-imagine that! that's their go-to statement nowadays well you can't please her really? And then miss S lied about how many appointments I'd had for a try-in I will never ever set foot in the place again & I will tell everybody I know here about their service! They've managed to scrape up enough money to build a new office so I guess they're doing pretty good out there aren't they? Now I have a denture that's sitting in the plastic cup in the bathroom that I'm not able to wear and I paid $1,000 or a little more for it! I wish I had my money back and I could go elsewhere but I'm a senior adult and I saved that money over a year to pay them but do they care? no! What a disgrace!

I had a significant amount of work done by Dr Jump. The quality was what I consider subpar as a…read moredentist. The caps were misaligned and loose. As a person Dr Jump is a decent person. As local to me in my rural area I used him but my lower teeth were not being care for and I finally had to have many removed. I chose to get Implants from a dental surgeon. When Dr Jump found out I would have him care for the LOWERS he told me he would no longer allow me any care since I had implants in the lower. Later I now found out that he and another Dentist in his office employ does Implants. This to me not only is a unprofessional attitude but it seems to me clearly hypocritical. With this type of attitude I would no longer recommend Dr Jump as you cannot count on him for consistent dental care at the whim of his changing value which it would seem to me to be guided by money.

However, he…read moregleaked right into my wide-open mouth while making small talk (Yuck!!!) and, worst of all, while he was using his dental grinding tool in my mouth, he said, "I think I'll just take the points off of all these teeth back here, if that's okay with you" . . . and started grinding even as he was speaking! I desperately went through my options (couldn't shake my head; couldn't say "no"!), but by the time I came to the idea of saying, "Huh-uh!," it was all over. The tops of my teeth in that whole area were gone. Made me a little angry. Ever since then I have suffered from having a pressure-molded ridge of skin form on the inside of that cheek as I sleep, which then gets in the way when I try to talk the next day (a big problem, since my job requires talking nearly all the time). So . . . I don't think I'd go back again, unless I was really broke. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. :(
