Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

He has a great personality and is really great in explaining procedures before he does the work. His staff is also very exceptional. My husband and son also are patients with Dr. Curry. He put braces on my son and he was a class 3 because of an under bite and they turned out great. Anita, his assistant also did exceptional work. They refused to return my calls and when i called for a follow up after having the x-rays sent over the office manager was very condescending and even hung up on me. The dentist never returned my call. I never once raised my voice or even argued. I could not believe how I was treated just because I would not pay for their set of x-rays.

Went to Matthew Connell for a new denture. He produced all porcelain which I didn't ask for and…read morethen shaved my natural teeth off on the bottom to adjust the denture to fit my mouth which I should never have agreed to!! I didn't know the consequences-he didn't disclose that to me. Now I have one side of my mouth drooping down because denture is crooked. It's too short on the left side and the denture is absolutely destroying my mouth! It hurts so bad I'm going to have to go somewhere and have another one done and I don't have the funds to do it because my insurance only pays once every 5 years. He destroyed my other denture my old one that I walked in with when he shaved my natural teeth. So now I can't wear it! please save yourself some heartache and grief and don't ever walk through their doors! It's a family business too so it doesn't do any good to try to fight for your rights. I contacted Better Business bureau with my issue and she returned a reply and she lied about many things they don't even document what they do and she doesn't know anything about what was done in the dental chair to me! She's got all the details screwed up! And then she claims that I lied -unbelievable! I actually like Dr Goodman and he tried to communicate with his lab man over in Jumps Dental practice where he has a lab in the basement and he States he's done thousands of dentures for Mr Goodman but he sure did an injustice on mine and then they tried to tell me that they couldn't make me happy-imagine that! that's their go-to statement nowadays well you can't please her really? And then miss S lied about how many appointments I'd had for a try-in I will never ever set foot in the place again & I will tell everybody I know here about their service! Her amounts kept changing. She finally said the insurance company said it was a glitch in their system. But that's not true. She told me that Dr G was not a PPO so Dr H could not be. Also a lie. Each Dr. Has to apply seperately. At the time I write this they still have not seated a crown. And they still owe me a refund. She, her name is Susan, said I refused to come in for the crown seat. She said "all of our calls are recorded" good, I want to hear a recording that I refused and appt. She changed her story to, it as in an email. I have never refused to come in. In fact, the last time I called, before today, I said, I still have not gotten my refund and I need to get scheduled for the crown. They never called me back. Then today she told me she can't do the refund without the credit card. Well, I have been an office manager, any good office manager would have picked up the phone when ready to issue the refund and tell the patient they need card info. Instead, she tells me it's common sense that they don't keep the card info and I needed to bring the card in. Susan is full of misinformation. So beware. She even tried to tell me that the insurance company changed the rates they pay claims at. They are on a contract with the insurance company and neither of them can just change the rates they pay. I would never recommend this office.
