I have been with Blue Chip for over 2yrs now. I couldn't be happier. I am challenged everyday and have been able to grow into a management role within 6mos of being with the company. I get to work with great people everyday from all over the country. Some of my very best friends I've met since working here. I have the opportunity to travel, and have been to some of the best cities in the country! (Nashville, Chicago, Orlando, Scottsdale-to name a few) The team meets once a week, after hours, for drinks and food for some outside of the office fun--this time of year we get the competition juices flowing by playing volleyball at Hahana Beach, one of our favorites places to unwind. Blue Chip is a proud supporter of Operation Smile and holds a Day of Smiles event every year to raise money for the charity. This past June we raised over $2000!! Blue Chip has a business professional but fun atmosphere. We work with a portfolio of clients in the Cincinnati area, so there is some daily travel involved. I'm happy to call Blue Chip my workplace and am excited to continue to grow professionally and personally. read more
