I didn't see any reviews on here for them, but decided to give them a shot anyways, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. I had purchased a computer on ebay that apparently had the wrong operating system and a ton of bootleg programs, which ultimately caused it to crash. The owner Chris, was awesome and showed me how to prevent this from happening again in the future. He opened up my computer where the battery goes, and showed me that it has the correct operating system stamped on there. He reinstalled the correct software for me, and over delivered on his promises. He quoted me a certain time frame, and he was super fast and proficient. I got my computer back just a few days after dropping it off. He also gave me a free virus protection program and saved everything that was on the hardrive and desk top. I was so relieved because I have my photography and graphic design stuff on here, and stupidly hadn't backed it up for awhile. Well, Chris saved the day, and I would gladly use him for any future issues I have with my computer. A+ Service!!

I had a simple drop-off situation but the people ahead of me had some complex returning situation and the people working there were way more patient about it than I probably would have been. This location also has lots of packing stuff, some office supplies and printer type stuff. It's also conveniently located near a Half Price books and other shopping destinations, so it's not out of the way if you have things to do. AND they're open every day of the week! I love that.
