Finding a quality GC who has these attributes is EXTREMELY rare. I'd had some home renovations done years ago with a different company where Jason was the project manager, and was super impressed with him. My wife and I recently moved and interviewed a number of general contractors. None of them felt right, so we checked online and found that Jason had now owned his own business, JMC. He and his wife Nina (who is outstanding with the design portion of the project) are true professionals in every sense of the word. Also, each member of Jason's teams (demo, tile, cabinets, plumbing, electric, ect.) are quality human beings that care about the final result. They were on time and on schedule, and treated our home with respect. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our renovations, and I'd highly recommend JMC. A fellow Miami mom from a FB group posted about this company and highly recommended them, so I reached out. Edgar responded immediately and scheduled a FREE inspection for the following day. He came over with one of his team members and checked out my home. He gave me some new homeowner tips too which I super appreciate as a new homeowner! Being a remediation company, OTM wasn't able to test for mold in the rooms we suspected could be an issue. So he connected me to another company, MOLD ASSESSMENT SERVICES (check out my review for them too) that helped me out just as good! After results were in that there was in fact mold in these areas, OTM came back and serviced my home - while I was out of town! I have to mention that because the fact that I could trust someone with my new home while I was out of town is a BIG THING!! for me anyway! Not only did we have to remove mold and sanitize the entire home, we also had to replace the drywall and paint the ceiling AND get the air ducts and A/C unit cleaned - so much I know!!! The A/C company that came out was SO FLOW AC - check out my review for them too!! Thankfully Edgar had a contact for everything that had to get done and scheduled it all to be done before I arrived back home - so APPRECIATED!! He was the lead on the project and stayed in touch with me the entire time. Sent me updates along with pictures of the process everyday! The Project Manager, Frank Loria, visited the job regularly to see that everything was being done according to the contract and and kept in touch with me as the owner to make sure that I was happy with the work being performed. All of the in-progress inspections and the final inspection that were performed by the Building Department were approved the first time which also says a lot.
