Time warned us that it would be a 6-week project, and it took a few more days due to waiting on counter tops to be installed and a couple of other issues. They were on site almost every day to make sure we were happy. The crew doing the work -- Shawn, Casey, Ryan, and a few others at various times -- were fantastic and fun to work with. They use subcontractors for the floor (which looks amazing!) and electric (that didn't go so well). Everything turned out even better than we envisioned. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but I don't really have a good decorating sense. This team was SO helpful! Tim and Sherry gave me suggestions and sketched out a floor plan to meet my budget. Joe and Jim got started on the demolition. With Jim working on the demo, Joe took me shopping. He was patient and helpful, taking me to several places until I found the right tile and flooring. AND THEN, the pandemic hit! But I was not abandoned. Joe and Jim continued working every single day and slowly my bathroom took shape! Their work ethic is amazing. They both even worked on the weekends to keep things moving "in case" the pandemic shut them down. They laid down protective covering on the floor from out in the driveway, all the way through the house to the master bathroom. They used plastic sheeting to protect all our furniture from the demo dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and vacuumed their way out of the house. In spite of some suppliers shutting down because of covid-19, Joe and Jim somehow managed to get everything they needed and finish the job. They paid close attention to detail and explained everything. There were many days that I fretted over this or that, but Joe was always ready to address my concerns and reassure me that I was going to love my bathroom. He was right!! I do love it! Communication and design ideas were excellent. The job was completed on time, every day the area was left tidy and on completion it was all cleaned and extra little touches left on the bathtub. He cut and put in molding and it was beautifully done. The previous owner painted our bathroom tile. Not knowing we changed the sliding glass door and you could see the old paint and it looked terrible. We are going to redo the bathroom but in the meantime something had to be done. I wasn't confident that anything that could be done would look good. (Matching paint on tile is hard to make look good) He did an absolutely great job.
