I just…read moremoved my elderly father out of his house and found that there was a leak from the shower into an adjacent closet. Called a plumber, got it "fixed", and figured it needed to dry out before repairs to the wall and baseboards could be done. Flew home to California and called Scott a week later. He went over, checked it out and gave me a quote. While he was there he noted some water damage in the ceiling and offered to fix that too. This was new, so he took photos for me and investigated to see if it was still wet, but he took it another step- he looked into the attic and identified the issue-the AC. He also pointed out that the shower still leaked if you sprayed water on the valve. I called the AC repairman in and called the plumber back again, who both thought they fixed it. Scott went back and said no way, they didn't fix it. He even met with our insurance adjuster and gave him his proposal to fix the drywall once the repairs were made. Poor guy went back to that house so many times to start work only to find the leaks still going. He wouldn't let the other contractors get away with shoddy work and he sent me photos and explained things clearly to me. When everything was finally fixed a few weeks later he got the insulation, drywall and baseboard replaced, textured, and painted and sent pictures. He even cleaned up and put in a clean air filter for us. This guy is GOLD. I feel so lucky to have had him on my team.i was definitely a tough client but he remained professional throughout and advocated for us to get the best outcome.

I just had Dimitri and Maria from Drywall Projects take over from what had been left in my…read moredemolished kitchen by a 'handyman' I'd hired. In one day all the incorrectly hung drywall was repaired, new sheetrock hung, (amazingly precise cuts btw - no big gaps around outlets, cables or baseboards), taped and mudded. Dimitri is a real craftsman! He uses quickset drywall mud which needs no sanding, (no dust!) if it's done properly, and boy, does he do this well. Like someone applying Venetian plaster, he made my kitchen walls smooth and lovely, matched my previous, old and weird ceiling texture and cheerfully addressed all my concerns. He and his wife Maria arrived exactly when they said they would, worked all day without a break and cleaned up wonderfully when the job was complete. And all for a VERY reasonable price.
