I contacted them they said they would need permission to release my things to me, (hence they were stolen from my car?) so I was able to contact someone above them and get my phones. when I got there it seemed they had put my number phones in water. it ridiculous how grown men will steal from a young woman. Normally this is a half hour to 45 minute job. It turned into a "cluster". After searching for parts in the jungle of parts and calling the boss for help several times the young man working on the job finally "got her done". However, the price was right and when it was finished it was done right. They actually did some small repairs at no extra charge. So there are some good and bad things about using this place. Over the phone, they provided two quotes, one with me providing the replacement parts and one with them providing the replacement parts. We set up an appointment, IIRC about 3 weeks from the date of the call, with me providing the parts. They completed the repairs the same day of the appointment. Upon picking up the truck, the price was what they quoted. The cost of the service was quite reasonable, compared to 2 other quotes from repair shops. They were recommended by George's Repair Shop who said they they could do the job but thought FWSS would be a better fit for this repair, especially regarding costs (which George's quote I found reasonable). So a thank you to George's for the referral and thank you to FWSS for doing what they said they'd do, just good business. It was nice to deal with Fort Wayne Spring Service. They were very friendly, and did everything they said they'd do, no hassles, no surprises, etc. I will definitely do business with them again if the opportunity arises.

Justice was prime in this situation. Purchased auto wire told him my application,, asked if the wire they had would suffice and he told me copper wire was copper wire as long as it was the right gauge which it was. I'll come find out. Copper wire is not all the same thank God I did not use the wire I had purchased. Went back to return. The wire arrived at 9 PM sharp as I'm parking is locking the door would not reopen the door and perform a refund. I understand closing time closing time, but under the circumstances I thought maybe a little exception of the rule was valid now I must drive back tomorrow after work.
