We took two found dogs there due to anti-social and aggressive behaviors. It was clear they had experienced trauma prior to us finding them. Amber assured us she had "A LOT of experience" with aggressive dogs and has tattoos covering bites to prove it. One dog was signed up for weekly classes that should have been an hour long. The other went for FOUR WEEKS/8 hours a day. First off, no one is there at 8AM for drop off, so maybe they should say 8:30, but our dog was left with a person who admitted she had no experience with aggressive dogs. Amber didn't want to work with him because he didn't like her. He doesn't like anybody, thus the reason he was there. I am pretty sure he spent most of his day in a cage. He didn't learn a single command in FOUR WEEKS/8 HOURS a day! He is just as aggressive as he was. With the other dog we brought in, she never spent more than 24 minutes with him, (yes, I timed the visits) and all she did was toss treats at him and tried to muzzle train him. We drove 90 minutes round trip twice a day for a month for the one dog, then another month with the other for his sessions and he had NO TRAINING. She just wanted him on meds, which didn't work. They can remove my reviews, but I will keep posting to warn others so they don't waste their time and money!

I took my dog for a 4 week stay and train and not even 19 hours later received a phone call from my best friend (not even the business owner) stating that my dog was injured from a dog attack and had to take him to the vet. She took our 4 month-old "spirited" Golden Retriever and was able to teach us how to bring him under control, change his behavior and help him mature. There was no punishments...only endless positive motivation with treats and high-pitched voices encouraging our pup to behave correctly, respond appropriately and stop being "annoying". Toni has a positive mannerism that teaches the owners how to motivate and encourage their dogs. The dogs respond well to her and subsequently to the owners. They also wanted to see how my baby was doing after her shots which is really nice from them. I just got a puppy and wanted to have a check, vaccines and deworming done. I called and they gave me a first day appointment. The employees are really nice and sweet. They all took really good care of my baby Ellie. They listened and acknowledged all my questions. They do not have enough staff right now so you have to wait on your car and it works like curbside. I didn't mind that, but since it was her first visit and she is so small I wanted to be present. I asked if I could go in and they were super nice and even allowed my 2 kids to go with me. Their prices are fair. Remember vet care/prevention isn't cheap but having a sick dog will be more expensive. Also, nothing like making sure you are doing the right thing for your dog. I am really grateful to the vet and vet technicians that worked on my little Ellie yesterday.
