I requested the manager. He was in a meeting and hasn't called back in two days. I will be definitely finding a competent company. First they want money from seniors up-front with the application, but then ghost you afterward. The agent I had, Nelson Costa, didn't call me back when he said he would on two occasions. The first non-response was when he said he would call me. The second non-response was when I called and tried to track down answers. Again, he said he would call me. Even now, I don't any place I can complain to except here on Yelp. The worst part was getting the long letter explaining why they won't insure me. I read it today and thought about this past year with Covid-19 Pandemic, community shut-downs, and the very recent loss of my mother. I looked again at what they said in their denial letter and I thought, what a horrible way they do business! I don't need anything they have to offer and I bet most people don't either. Rating - Pretty poor. Never doing business with this company.
