They inherited my account from my old broker. They are totally and utterly incompetent! They couldn't even find what I was paying for insurance then bad mouthed Nationwide system for the problem. The agent was honest and told me he didn't know how to access the system. I requested the manager. He was in a meeting and hasn't called back in two days. I will be definitely finding a competent company. I will also notify Nationwide about the broker bad mouthing them and trying to sell me other insurance. Inzone apparently bought or merged with Citizens, who does my business liability and bond for my construction company. The insurance is integral to my company and my license is not valid without it. I got a letter in the mail saying that my insurance was going to be cancelled today. I have been emailing and calling them for the last couple/few days and no one will get back to me on this. I keep calling today, over and over, and no one will answer the phone. So, I'm left to leave them bad reviews (on every platform I can find!) and I'm going to follow it up with a BBB complaint. read more
