Fantastic experience. Needed a flatbed tow after hitting a pop-out causing damage to two tires. While it was a 45 minute time to arrival, driver said I could have a friend pick me in advance as long as I sent enough info/photos to find and ID car. Did so and placed key over wheel well. Our vehicle broke down today so we called these guys. We were quoted $350 "because of the mileage." It was a bit of a drive so I accepted that. However, when we got to our location, the driver charged us $450 because he added a mileage fee. We really couldn't do anything about it because he wasn't going to release the vehicle unless we paid. I felt very taken advantage of as we were not told $350 was a base price and mileage would be added on. The mileage was specifically mentioned when they quoted us the price. read more

I'm on my way to work this morning I had a blue diamond tow truck racing in front of me then cut me off nearly hitting me. later down the road he just back in to the other lane gets behind a slower driver, he began to ride said drivers tail once I got passed him he jumped back behind me and starts tail gating me swerving back and forth like he was trying to push me off the road or to get me to speed up, the limit was 30 and we were in a school zone. But the most ironic part is on the back of the truck it had a sticker stating "drive slow save a life" obviously not mine. I got the plate DLG704 if this is how they drive without a car on the bed I can't imagine with a car and how reckless and stupid this man must be for driving so dangerous with such a heavy vehicle!! Towing is one of those services you only ever need in a pinch. Some places take advantage of that, but others seem to genuinely try to take care of their customers. I blew out a tire on the way to work, and I felt like I was in great hands with Blue Diamond. I drive a little Hyundai Elantra, but they have the equipment to handle whatever. Alex was my driver, and he took the time to look after my car just like a high dollar ride. He arrived fast, and he was a good guy to BS with. Legit sports fan. I think anyone would feel comfortable and in good hands with Alex. If there's any downside the cost was a little higher than I would have hoped, but then the speed and service were much better than any other recent towing experience. I don't need a tow often, but I saved these guys in my phone and will call on them again the next time I need help. read more

My car would not start in my driveway. Called to have it towed to dealer. When the truck got to my house, the car decided it wanted to start, so I no longer needed the tow. I figured there would be a fee of some sort, but the owner wanted to charge me for the full hook up fee even though the driver didn't have to do anything. I spoke to the owner to negotiate a more reasonable fee and he offer a little less if I paid cash to driver. This exposed him as unethical as well at this point, in addition to being unreasonable. I told him to forget it, and I would just write a bad review on his company and service. He called the driver back to tell the driver that he would charge me less if I gave him a 5 star review. I told him to absolutely not. I would rather pay the money and make sure others where aware of his unethical and unreasonable company. I will never use this company again and I will make sure I tell everyone I can that they should never use them. read more

Blue diamond towing is by far the most disreputable towing company I have ever dealt with. Do not use blue diamond towing at all, they did damage to my vehicle then blamed me for the damage they told me it was their word against mine they said go ahead take them to court and they called me names, they did thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle, legitimately. All I did was call and ask for their insurance information which they would not provide they insisted I sue them and hung up never never never never never again. read more

I was very impressed with this company. I needed a tow yesterday (Sunday) and I had initially called around 8am and then called back to cancel thinking I didn't need the tow anymore. I ended up having to call back and the gentleman who picked up was gracious in dispatching someone out to me again. Larry and Ducky provided excellent service while towing my motorcycle today! They were extremely timely, showing up well before the time that they were scheduled to arrive, took great care of my bike (2012 Kawasaki Ninja,) and provided great conversation on our drive home. They safely unloaded my bike and went above and beyond to park it in its regular parking spot. Typically getting a vehicle towed is a miserable experience, but Larry and Ducky did everything they could to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. First off this towing company was over an hour late to pick up my car, an appointment I made in advance. Second, when the driver arrived he stated since we were late, we bought the flat bed and we will not charge you additional. They did wonderful putting my sons car on the flatbed and meeting me at the mechanic, but then the driver reneged on the no additional charge and charged me more than my quote. Not too excited about this company and will most likely never use again. read more
