We were very pleased with the design presented and the paver installation. The landscaping was another story. Much of the plant material was of poor quality, the beds were prepared by killing the sod and spreading mulch over it (no top soil or soil supplement used to improve our very poor soil), the placement of much of the plant material didn't make a lot of sense, and the plants were put in dug holes and back filled with the same poor soil that came out of the holes. Also never installed a couple of step stones in front of our irrigation controller as shown in the design (efforts to get them to provide these after the rest of the work was completed has proved futile. It's worth noting that they do not guarantee their plant material; the first time I've ever encountered a commercial landscaper or nursery that doesn't guarantee their plant materials for a year.
