The "oh well you signed the contract " statements were not warranted . I trusted a reputable company to guide a new customer. When my property was mapped out for fencing my irrigation system was there. No mention of needing to mark it out. On the date of install the forman stated he saw the irrigation system and that it wasn't mapped out. He started the job and notified me AFTER they punctured the system in ELEVEN places. I was rudely told the responsibility is my because I signed the contract. Would it have hurt to have mentioned IRRIGATION prior to starting the project? The contract mentioned UTILITIES. I didn't think of irrigation as such. Please have your irrigation system mapped out to avoid paying for a fence AND new irrigation!

They installed a fence in November 2024. Although it took months to get to the install with many no…read moreshows, once they finished everything looked good. On a side note, they only put handles on the outside of the gate doors. Very odd & inconvenient. Pre-install, we told Rodney's son we wanted a gate that would fit our riding mower & asked if it would be better to put a 2 door opening instead of one. He said it wouldn't matter so we chose the one door gate. About three months later we noticed the gate wasn't lining up when closing it. We called them & eventually they came out to fix it. Less than a month later it started dropping again. Today it has continued to drop causing it to not close securely. At least 3 calls to them with a promise to come fix it, yet no one has shown up. Im not sure about the quality. I think the gate issue is related to an install error. The picket/slats slide up & down allowing me to pull it out completely. The price was competitive with the other estimates we got. In the end we are very disappointed. I chose them because I wanted to support a small business. I certainly cannot recommend them.

Now post are all mostly loose and not aligned in line to each other When you complaint ,they turn it around and try to blame you for the issue you are having. The Field Supervisor said I was the biggest complainer they ever had. I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. The heights of all horizontal polls on the main top of the fence are not aligned on the fence. Will return with many photos to show you .
