They snatched my money instantly, but have as yet picked up the garbage. The first excuse I got was Oh, we don't have the big truck today, it's in the shop. We'll get it next week. Next week came and went, they came a selectively chose 5 bags of trash and left. When I called to inquire, I was told they didn't have time to pick up all the trash that morning. I called again and was told the trash would be picked up first thing Thursday morning. Again it was not. I was told that they could not get a truck over there on Friday. The latest I have heard after starting an hourly phone call campaign, Is that they will be there on Saturday between 6 am and 7 am to remove the trash. My landlord has been having a holy fit! and is holding my security deposit and threatening to have the garbage removed by another company and charging me $ 800. I fail to see the problem.
