We would have liked to have seen what his estimate would have been in comparison to the others we had already gotten. Needless to say we chose another reputable company. Steer clear of this guy. It was then decided I needed the back cleaned, debris covering for front gutters and roof boot repaired. So his estimate was $400. I then emailed and asked if he could only do back gutter cleaned and repair boot. I would wait on debris covers. New job would now have no material costs and obviously a lot less labor. New estimate......$475. So the price went up $75 for a lot less work. When I pointed this out he said he would do the new job for $400. So same price for smaller job without materials. It leads me to believe he doesn't have a standard pricing system but simply charges whatever he feels like at the moment. Poor business practice I got another company to come out and do everything for $200. The amount of time it took Angel to climb to my roof and take pictures the other guy did all the work.
