I've done OT, but much prefer PT. Now the facility is located in the same building as Atrius health, five guys, crush pizza, and Quincy College. A rocks throw from Quincy center train station on the red line. Parking is street or you could use the paid parking garage out back. So far I'm a month or so in, i believe we are making progress and my main PT doc Julianne has spear headed my regimens of PT to get me back on track. All the PT staff here is super personable, nice and helpful. They'll go above and beyond to address lateral and related issues you may have stemming from the initial reason you're attending PT to begin with. Each exercise is calculated to target certain strengthening of muscle groups to aid in your recovery and pain management. I've seen all walks of life here and everyone has been really chill and communicative. The space is clean and clear with mellow tracks playing in the background. I'm in and out in hour or so each session and we progress on weights and reps each week with a swap of different exercises to focus on the next item in your treatment plan. My doc also is very helpful working with you to help get you to other specialists and contacts so further assist in your recovery if needed.
