We didn't know what type of floors they were or if they were even solid wood and could be refinished. Greg was able to determine the type of wood (American Cherry) so he could then come up with a plan to go about refinishing them. Greg kept us informed about what he would be doing and what step he was on in the process. The whole process took 6 days because we got an extra coat and the weather was not helpful with letting the coats dry quicker. Our floors were pretty beat up, looked like the previous owner had a kids with cleats. The previous owners also did not put pads on their chairs or stools which didn't help.
