The occupational therapists would schedule an appointment but then cancel on the day and this was a month from when he got home. He was due 6 visits and he received 2 then they just sent out a review nurse, who said he didn't need them any more! Talking with the coordinator was a joke because either he was non responsive to my calls or just not there. In other words don't use this service if you want your loved one needs in-home help!!

Jaja (the care coordinator) delayed what should have been a routine urinalysis by twenty days. Her behavior was unprofessional, unpleasant and uncaring 100%. I asked for her supervisor Josie to call me which never happened. Today I finally got to speak with Ena, the Director of Medical Care only to be "redirected " to another home health agency. Again, 100% unprofessional behavior. If the director of medical care penalizes a patient for advocating for her well being and health, imagine how the rest of the staff behave. I asked to speak with Ulysses (the director of this agency) and I was not able to do so. I would never recommend this agency and if I could give them zero stars I would. But that's not an option.

Today was my father's first in-home visit. We were asked to give a window of two hours for his…read moreappointment. The nurse called after the scheduled 2 hr. frame to ask if she can still come and that she would be about 45 minutes to an hour late. We agreed, however due to previous experience with in-home care I called to speak to a case manager to express concerns and go over our expectations we have while also giving the opportunity for the case manager to educate, reassure, and go over their standards of practice and services to their patients. Instead she chose to give excuses and hypothetical scenarios "gaslighting" me for not being considerate and understanding. Displaying your unprofessionalism by talking over me and not knowing how to provide customer service while clearly lacking empathy and the ability to understand the inconveniences that have been imposed on a family already having to go through changes and unfortunate events resulting to relying on your care is very DISAPPOINTING. We found out it was poor SCHEDULING and lack of knowledge of demographics which led the nurse to run late. Do BETTER at training in customer service and scheduling. I'm not surprise though because the only other review is low and the response from an employee showing multiple exclamation marks shows the lack of self control, morale within their workspace, and lack of professionalism within the office and/or administration staff that trickles down. The true professional was our NURSE that showed up which is what REALLY matters to us here in our home. She was apologetic and understanding to our concerns, friendly and professional also, patient and thorough.

We could not have been more pleased with and grateful for the Home Health Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech Therapist we worked with. Each and every one was empathetic, kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and professional with both my husband and me. My husband's memory was temporarily affected a bit but they were each sensitive to that fact and patiently answered many of the same questions over and over...and over. His nurse and speech therapist provided calm care and advice. The PT and OT were tough when necessary but also great cheerleaders. And always kind. There was never a rush to get in, get the visit over, and get out. We believe that my husband's quick progress toward full recovery was directly related to the visits from lovely these professionals.
