While the outside is part of a strip mall, the inside is transformative and gives a resort spa vibe. They offer a variety of options and have a good membership offer so you can self-care regularly. A membership also gets you a guest who can book at a discount so you and a plus one can both have a spa day! The staff is very friendly and informative and the venue is very quaint and has advisory signs to keep the volume low to respect the other guests getting their services. If you opt for the combination you get placed in the front area with the privacy curtain so they can soak your feet. The private rooms in the back are for body massages only. False advertising and failure to honor discount: I used to be a regular here but stopped going the last year or so. When they texted me about a Mother's Day special a few weeks ago with a special code for a 1 hr massage at $59, I booked a 1 hr body massage online. However the code took off just $31 from the $100 original price, so the total was $69 - which is $10 more than the $59 advertised. When I called the spa about it, they explained that it's only max $31 off - even though it did not say that anywhere in the text or online booking site. When I told them that it's misleading, they still would not budge and honor the $59 price. Well I got a new text today with basically the same language - claiming any 1 hour massage is $59 with the same code. Out of curiosity, I checked online and tried all 3 massage types as they are all different prices. Only the FOOT massage is $59 with the discount, since it's still only taking $31 off the original price of $90. For BODY, it did the same thing as last time - only taking $31 off from $100 so it's $69. For the COMBO, it's $64 since it took $31 off $95. Even though I advised them to change the wording on their marketing texts and emails, they did it again which is why I'm posting for others to be aware. read more

Very disappointing experience. The therapist seemed unprepared and spent too much time adjusting sheets, pillows, and leaving to find supplies instead of actually working on me. It felt like I paid for time I didn't receive. I also paid extra for a hot stone massage, but they were barely used because they were "too hot" for her to handle, which is not what I paid for. I was even asked if I wanted to add more time because it "went by so fast," which was frustrating given the interruptions. Just left and I'm honestly annoyed. This was by far the worst "massage" I've ever had. It felt like I paid for someone to gently rub lotion on me instead of actually massage anything. Ella did a terrible job. There was zero pressure, no real technique, and she barely used her hands properly. It was just light rubbing the entire time. I stopped her multiple times asking for more pressure and to actually massage, not just rub, and nothing changed. After a while I realized this is just how she works. I booked 90 minutes and didn't even make it past 45. That's how bad it was. The 30 minute foot massage alone should've been my sign to leave, but I gave it a chance and it only got worse. The guy next to me I kept hearing him also tell his massage lady something so it's not just Ella They dropped the price from $140 to $75, but even that felt like too much for what I got. I paid just to avoid making a scene, but I'm definitely saying something here so other people don't waste their money. If you're looking for an actual massage with real pressure and technique, this is NOT the place. This was basically an expensive lotion application. --------Update --------- I spoke with both the front receptionist she was with the new girl she was training they knew what happen when I got up before my 90 mins I still had a whole other 45 mins left and no one offered a real solution I had to push for some kind of resolution myself. And what was I offered? "Free hot stones on your next visit." Seriously? Why would I ever come back after that experience? Being asked to remove my honest experience and then called out over not leaving a tip is extremely unprofessional. The pressure is typically nice and firm but they're receptive to your feedback so you can always tell them to go lighter. The oils and other add-ons are also lovely. Didn't communicate much but she talked with her wonderful hands. The only thing was that, I was not in a room and I was in a common area with other people with just curtains dividing us. Luckily, the very kind front desk attendant who answered the phone was able to schedule me for an appointment that day! I explained that I was looking for a relaxing massage and was not interested in anything painful. The front desk attendant suggested a Swedish massage, and I opted to add hot stones. Overall, my masseuse, Leah, provided a wonderful massage. It was not painful, but it did feel like she was getting deep enough to relieve my tense muscles. The hot stones were unreal--very hot, but bearable. I loved the sensation of the stones across my back. Initially, I thought the stones would just sit on my skin, but Leah actually incorporated them into the massage. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that I was taken to a private room for the massage. This used to be my favorite massage place, sadly that changed today. I know one's experience depends a great deal on the therapist among other things, like cleanliness and ambience. My usual go to "Steven" was unavailable at the time I wanted a massage so I agreed to get "Ella" unfortunately, I was disappointed with her service. It felt rushed, I paid for a combo, 30 min foot and 30 min body, she finished 5 mins earlier and just felt sloppy. Never paid for essential oils, so I decided to try it, waste of money... You pay $10 only to not smell it at all. They only apply very little and gets lost because they apply regular oil and lotion on top of it. Not cool. Rewards: They have this option which is cool if you go enough, I had 285 points so opt to use the facial mask which is worth 200 points, good thing that was free because not worth $10 either. It's an eye mask that warms up for 10 mins that they place on you while getting your feet massage, which by the way again unsatisfactory and felt rushed. Foot massage: Ella started with a head massage, started off good but fell off half way through, she pressed too hard on my neck and scratched my head harshly, I think she has long nails. Body massage: Wasn't too bad actually but just felt a bit sloppy and rushed. Will have to just wait for Steven next time and not order any oils. I was looking for a local place for a good massage and decided to give them a try. I had worked 12 days straight and was tired and tense. I visited them the day after Thanksgiving. To my good fortune, they were having a great Black Friday promotion. The facility is clean, smells great. Checking was quick and easy. I do wish I would have taken the ear plugs or brought my air pods with me. They offer you ear plugs, but this being my first visit I didn't think I'd need them. It is very quiet in there but there are no walls dividing the stations, only curtains. So you are aware of what is going on in the other stations. Not a big deal and they are very good about keeping their voice at a low whisper. My masseuse, Candy, was great! She was very attentive and thorough. I had reflexology for 30 min and body massage for 60 min. We started with the foot massage. It was amazing. She could have just done my feet and I would have been happy. She hits every pressure point and it was amazing. Then she moved to the body... that was just as amazing. She helped relieve a lot of the tension I was feeling and I went home feeling like putty.
