He was receptive to all questions, indicated what they would cover in the quote along with screen removal, downspout removal, reinstall for both, deck prep, and staining with 2 coats. The real reasons I chose them was because I liked them when they came out for the in-person quote/estimate, and their truck appeared to be maintained (that's a big signal for me about care of work). And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests.
