My living situation at the time had become untenable and I really needed this ASAP. At the same time, however, I have a stressful job and adding more stress to my dwindling free time was an agonizing concept. I'm mid forties now and find myself, more and more, growing weary of the world. So naturally, I'd been dragging my feet for months when a friend, somewhat forcefully, referred me to Megan. Still, I managed to procrastinate a few weeks more before being strong-armed into finally reaching out. My only regret, and I don't say this lightly, is not reaching out sooner. Once Megan was at the helm all the chaos in my head became a streamlined process that saw me living in my very own home, start to finish, just over two months later. It could have been even sooner had it not been for my own indecisiveness. Megan's wealth of knowledge and experience, her many connections within the industry, as well as her patience, attentiveness, and empathy were invaluable throughout the process; the latter traits being key for me. Not only did I receive a rate so good the previous lender was a little surprised, Alicia, the new lender was again just a perfect fit for me on a human level. Megan knows good people. Not surprising. SCAMMERS!!! Recently purchased a property through Paragon…read moreestates. the seller and the seller agent was Mustafa Ebrahimi. The house were sold after doing renovations and staging. In our inspection report only 3 major issues were called out. But after purchasing the property we found out that i was a huge mistake buying the property from this seller. He didn't disclose about 11 major issues including, Fully damaged roof, fully blocked sewer line, damaged ceiling, old wires in entire house joint with tapes, old broken windows covered with designer blinds etc. If buyer finds out any major issue it's on buyer to prove that seller knows about those issues prior to selling the property. Since they are in the business of real estate, they don't live in the house. Hence buyer gets scammed!!! Be extra extra cautious before signing any contract with this seller. It's highly recommended to go over the contract with a real estate lawyer!!!
