He will tell you just what you hear to close a home. Purchased a home in April of 2019. We had concerns about the pool equipment as the up keep you could tell was bad. The entrapment was working at the time of purchase. Brain told us the home warranty would cover the cost (of the heater) as we knew that could be expensive. The heater has yet to work right and was told by the home warranty company it is not covered. Now I know to hold my ground on that kind of stuff. I do know that he tried to a accommodate repair before we bought. Just sucks for us :( read more

Brian really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. From the lending side, I was in escrow with a retired client making a major move across the state. Any move like this is emotional and difficult, however for a "senior" client this provides additional challenges and requires patience. Absolutely amazing. A bit of background first. Let me begin approximately two years ago, where Brian and myself had a phone conversation where I inquired about selling our previous home.
