I called for a few days and finally managed to get hold of Jagtar the CEO, who defended his driver and said he would talk to his driver and call me back. Still hasn't bothered to do that. My daughter was calling a cab daily to pick her up at Shopper's at Center Mall and take her to school before lunch. She was off for 2 weeks because of Christmas break. Her first day back, January 9th, she called a cab and they sent Akhtar. He pulled up in front of the loading docks (instead of the front doors?) and as she was walking towards the cab he started yelling at her. She couldn't hear what he was saying until she got closer. He was ranting about ' because of the incident with you last week, I'm not driving you' . He immediately rolled up his windows and refused to explain or give her a chance to explain that he was obviously mistaken. When she reached to open the back door, he locked his doors, glared at her for a few minutes and then drove away. Thankfully Blueline was able to get there quickly so she didn't have to be late for school. We very rarely have any problems with Hamilton Cab, I believe this is probably an isolated incident, but this should have been handled very differently on your end. Absolutely disappointed by this extremely poor customer service, especially considering we we're calling cabs a minimum of 10 times a week.

Horrible service. I left work because my brother died. My boss determined I was in no shape to get…read morehome on my own so they called me a blue line cab and gave me a voucher. The driver refused to accept it, telling me that the voucher was only for senior citizens. I then waited in the back of the cab for 12-15 minutes while he tried multiple times to get through to dispatch. They finally "reconfigured" something on their end that gave me permission to use the voucher. Horrible service. Constantly on hold, hanging up on the driver. Lying and claiming they fixed it but he still refused to drive me home until he called back a second time to force them to fix it. And all I'm trying to do is get home without falling apart. This is the second time I have posted this review. Yelp, why did you delete the first one without even contacting me about it?
