I found myself going twice a week. However, they also go at a very good pace so even friends who were more experiences felt that it was a solid challenge. This place is phenomenally better than anything they offer at the hotels (if you're one of those people who understandably cannot give up yoga for a week or want to maintain that beach body all trip) The are way off the beaten track and far from the road so you get to enjoy warm island air circulating all around you without any distractions. It's a bit of a drive for anyone staying on the touristy-side of the island (south shore) BUT completely worth the trip. Try combining it with a trip to Paia or to Ho'okipa to check out the windsurfers/surfers and huge breaks at the end of the day. You will definitely be hungry after-wards and fortunately, Flatbread Pizza and their Mopsy (kula pork and goat cheese from the island's dairy) is on your way home through Paia. (call in as you head down from Haiku the second you get cell reception)

I didn't want to leave! I'm going to break up my review into important pieces to consider: 1. The food. Heather and others spent many many hours preparing healthy, delicious meals that were so nourishing and filling. I could taste the love, effort, and experience in every meal. Many of the ingredients were either grown locally or even right there on the property. 10/10. 2. The workshops. They gave us a little bit of everything- yoga, aerial yoga, meditation, energy healing, life coaching, manifesting, and others. It is a well rounded week of caring for yourself and being cared for. 10/10. 3. Accommodations. I stayed in a small cabin out front of the main house. There was a lotus pond out front (no mosquitos) and it was so cozy. The bed was insanely comfortable. There is a short walk to the main house to get to the restroom but that wasn't an issue in the slightest. Also the shower is outdoors, but honestly it adds to the charm and nature focus of the whole thing. They have a spa and pool on site that are so nice, our group used it quite a bit to bond and relax together between classes. 10/10 4. Vibes. This couple brings a full jug of love and dumps it into this place. I could feel it with every moment. You can tell they love what they do, they love their home, they love life, and they love the folks that come through. Be prepared to accept the many gifts they have to offer and open your heart to it. This little slice of paradise is so full of acceptance and peace. They give you the space you need to heal, the open arms for hugs, and tissues for when you put in the work to really process through the icky stuff we all hold inside. If you need a little extra support like I did, you will get it here. I made forever friends with the other gals who attended, too, and that lasting sisterhood is truly everything! 10/10 I found them here on yelp, booked direct from their website, and will likely book again in the future through their website as well. I am so full of gratitude for these two and look forward to meeting them again in whatever paths we are in when they cross.

She's a great instructor and sound healer and her husband is a fabulous musician and teacher too. They really balance each other. The food was delicious also!!

I love their focus on alignment, traditional style. Having first experienced Nicki and Eddie as visiting instructors when doing my teacher training in Vancouver, BC's Semperviva studio- I enjoyed it so much I had to come to Maui for a week intensive with Nicki (and Maui isn't such a difficult place to come for yoga). It was as good as I remembered:). If you're lucky enough to live nearby and like yoga, I definitely recommend checking out the studio, especially when Nicki or Eddie are teaching.
