She really knew a lot about the product and exactly what type my husband would need according to his smoking habits. The only thing we didn't like is that when we walked in it was so cloudy in there. I thought maybe they would have better ventilation but it did let me know that I don't want that kind of stationary cloud in my house. When I went to check out, the total came to 54.10 after tax. I didnt want to hold up other customers, so I finished checking out, but didnt feel right about the price. I checked my receipt, and saw I was charged 49.99 instead of the tagged 39.99. I had to go recheck the case to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I brought it up to the attendant at the register and they said that there must have been a price change that they weren't made aware of. He tried calling the chain owner on my behalf to see if he could get the original price honored, but he was skeptical the owner would allow it (major red flag going up now). Then he contacts who I assume was a store manager and secures for me a 10% off my next purchase for my trouble. I asked if I could just return the item for a refund since they wouldn't honor the original offered price, and I was told that it was near guaranteed that I would not get my money back from them. I decided to cut my losses and thanked the attendant for the learning experience. I won't be using that 10% discount because I won't be giving my business to vapor maven any longer. I didnt want a discount, i wanted the price that was displayed with the product! Then to hear that a refund would not be an option for me despite the already poor experience coupled with the fact that i hadnt even left the curb from the store was insult enough for me to make up my mind. I was looking for a closer alternative to hemphemphooray, but i'll pay distance for a good customer experience every time now that I know how vapor maven (my closer option) is willing to treat their customers! TLDR: I didn't feel helped or acommodated here, I felt used. Not spending any more time or money at Vapor Maven in sedalia.

Trends change, employees change, owners changes, name changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is the level of customer service I received every single time I was there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to browse and was greeted upon entry. I was there for a gift and needed some assistance so the young lady with dark hair came to assist. But instead of getting great customer service, I received a rude employee who refused to let us actually touch and look at things. She said the reasoning was due to the pandemic and she would have to sanitize everything we touched as soon as we left. Ok understandable however would that not fall into her job duties as an employee? If I were that employee and someone was looking to purchase a specific gift for someone special I would have sanitized everything in the place to accomplish two things: 1. Doing a job I'm being paid to do 2. Having that customer leave with a positive shopping experience. THE BONUS........... Repeat Customer! I did end up making a small purchase out of necessity and here we are 2 weeks later and it's broke. Obviously not the quality of products I'm use to purchasing there. I tried aloe grape at the store and it was auto fire, so I immediately went back to replace it and the new one that they give me is auto fire too thus why I choose REZ in that day. Today the other flum passion kiwi have same issue so I go back that store and ask for swap another device. and they said "they didn't take any responsibility for that one that if you leaving the shop." You never have to guess if you're going to like that 100ml bottle that SEEMS like you might. The crew is really knowledgeable and really friendly. Not only do they have a ton of juice (most we hadn't even heard of coming from California and we are vape veterans!) but they also have a lot of different kinds of mods.
