The transfer case was making noise but you could only hear it at 50mph and slower with the windows down. Well being a mechanic myself and having my own shop I told them about it after we test drove it and they said they had not noticed the noise but did in fact tell us they where driving it with the windows up and A/C on and in that situation you would indeed not hear it. When it comes to honesty in used car lots thats very difficult to find. They told us everything they had done to the jeep before we purchased it and they did do what they said they did. They gave us a very fair price on the vehicle taking in to consideration of the repair I had to do with replacing the transfer case. I highly recommend MPS they are very honest trust worthy and fair and super super nice

The remote was never repaired nor was I given an answer until after I called them and said I still don't have it repaired. They also have an worthless, innocuous, less than descriptive, sign or two to let you know that they are passing on their bank fee of 3% to you as the consumer rather than paying the fee that their bank charges them for credit cards. I realized they were passing on their credit card bank fees to me when I got the invoice. Crappy way to do business if you're gonna charge a 3% charge say what you're doing put a big sign in your service area and you're waiting room and on the doors that say, if you come into this establishment use a credit card we are not going to absorb "our " bank's fee. You, our customer will have to pay it. We're going to charge you 3% to do business with us. Never have I seen a corporate owned business of this size not be able to pay their bank fees! I'm just glad I didn't buy my $90,000 1794 tundra from them. I would hate to think they were the ones who would have to service it on a regular basis. Also, if you go there after 5 o'clock and need anything other than "I don't know" as an answer, they don't have any type of management support after five even though their hours are till six. I'm a business owner and I would be out of business if I ran my business the way they run theirs. By the way, they didn't even check my windshield wiper fluid and the alert was on my dash in a 3 inch sign that says washer fluid low ! Details, people details they don't pay attention to the details!
