Let me start by saying blue moon painting did a great job of walls and the lines. The bad, they did a HORRIBLE job of my kitchen cabinets and clean-up and protecting furniture. They told me they sanded, primed and used lacquer paint on cabinets, this was not true. The paint scrapes off when I clean them. Rehanging the cabinets they are not lined up properly. They didn't spackle some of the holes in the walls, they did not remove blind brackets, instead they painted over them. They left closet doors off for us to put on, door knobs left for us to put on, they would put one screw in a 6 screw outlet cover, they got paint on my furniture, and left a ton of clean up for me. I had to scrape paint off my brand new floors. And the whole thing took much much longer than they said. check out the pictures, its unbelievable. read more

From my experience with Blue Moon Painting (and I am an interior designer and VERY picky) they have been the best to work with! They had a tough job of sanding, prep and priming, then painting all the doors and trim in a home that had been a rental. They did an exceptional job and were quick to respond to my texts to give me updates, etc. They gave me a bid over the phone and estimated 2 - 3 days, but it took 4 1/2 and I did end up paying them more for their time. However, they protected all surfaces and were very careful to not get paint anywhere it didn't belong. All in all, they were awesome to work with! I highly recommend them! read more

Martin and his company are excellent. I've had them do over $20k of work for me including painting the exterior of the home. Repainting doors. Cabinets. Etc. They take a great deal of pride in doing a good job and they don't cut corners. In fact there were several things I was unhappy with and they where so eager to fix it and make me happy. Horrible!! I built a house and the initial paint job wasn't terrible but wasn't that great either. When they came back at the end of the build and did the touch ups it was the most sub par work I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I will need to spend another $15,000 repainting my entire house to cover up their poor work. It's very clear this company does not care about the quality of work they do. Save yourself the headache and money and hire a different company. read more

Blue Moon Painting is a great company. I have had Martin paint the interior and exterior of a home. They do quality work. After painting the exterior of my home the paint color for the trim and garage door came out with a pink hue to it. I thought I had just picked a bad exterior color at the time and left it as is. After about a year of it bothering me I finally did some research about the paint color I had chosen and the formula had no red in it so it shouldn't have come out pink looking. I had my original paint bucket with the label on it and so I went and had some paint made up and come to find out the paint store had mixed the wrong paint and mislabeled it! I immediately called Martin and he came out and fixed it right away. It looks great now! If you need any painting services this is a great company to use. They stand by their work! read more

The owner of this company is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He & his crew were very meticulous about masking & fixing sheetrock. What they didn't do was prep the walls or the interior doors. The paint peeled off in several places. When I called the owner & left a voicemail to let him know that I was not happy, he did not return my call--instead, he called my husband! Needless to say, that made me less happy. He never returned to fix the problem. It has been over a year since the job was performed & we are still finding peeling paint. read more
