I have never worked with a company I love more than HiCaliber! I called in with a problem and talked to Lonnie. She was so helpful and honest and after listening to my problem she told me she didn't think their business would be able to best help fix our problem but she then referred me to other people who would be able to help us and helped me to troubleshoot. From that moment I already liked them because I knew they were honest and genuinely wanted to help. We then ended up needing their service and they were professional and so helpful in getting the smell out of our vents after an animal died in it. We even had them clean our carpets and they did a great job at a great price. A year later we had an issue with our house and Lonnie responded so quickly to me and remembered our situation and everything they had done in the past. I recommend this company 100%! We had our carpets cleaned by several differnt cleaners but were dissapointed how quickly they seemed to try to get the job done. Leaving my carpets extremely wet and not paying attention to all the spots I requested. It never seemed to last long since the carpet seemed to get dirty faster. I have heard thats because they do not rinse the soap out and it makes the carpet sticky. We hired HiClaiber in November 2021 and they seemed to take more care and even asked me to look at the job several times to make sure he got the areas we wanted. My husband and I think it was the best we had. I think if we had'nt got a new puppy we probably wouldn't need it again so soon. However six months is not bad in this dusty area! I am having them out again this week June 2022 because we got a new puppy and want to have those spots he left while housetraining. Perhaps they do stellar work, but they also charge $330 for a radon test in conjunction with a home inspection, which is 4-6x what other places offer. Having observed the sampling process previously the amount of labor onsite is less than 5 minutes. $330 is insane. read more

HiCaliber came to the rescue when our roof leaked, which caused our bedroom ceiling to collapse. We had wet sheet rock and wet insulation everywhere. Horrible mess! I have been dealing with a nightmare of a problem in my house that is only a year and a half old, and I've only lived in it a year.
