On March 26th, I emailed them to inquire whether they could still do my 2022 taxes. They replied that they would be happy to, so I submitted my paperwork to them, beginning on 4/4. On 4/14, I received a question from them, which I answered, then no other communication until 4/19 when I inquired whether they had received my previous response. No reply. I emailed, again, on 4/24, and asked for an update. Virginia responded and told me that Barb was out, sick, that day, but my taxes were nearly done and Barb would review and then they would call us. On 5/5, I left a voicemail, and on 5/8, I sent a Facebook message. Just a moment ago, I sent another email. Looks like I'll be doing my own taxes, again, this year - and now they're late. Can't recommend at this time. I will update if I hear from them.

I recently had to call on Andy multiple times to help me out with applying for a home loan, because I needed documentation of home insurance. While Andy also does home loans, he not once asked me or pressured me into seeing if I wanted to check out what he had to offer, instead he just immediately e-mailed me the paper work that I needed. On top of that, it took the loan so long to process that the original document that Andy sent me expired and when asked, Andy sent me another one in minutes. Another recent experience with Andy was when I received a weird letter from my home loan company. They said that the address that I had claimed and the address being claimed by my insurance agent were different, but when I read the two addresses on the letter, they were identical. Not only did Andy and I laugh together at the silliness, but he also offered to be conferenced in on the phone call to my loan company if needed to help figure things out. Andy will go above and beyond anyone else in regard to your needs, never pressure you about anything, but also will be knowledgeable and helpful if you are ever interested in other products that he sells. Andy advises me as to how we can reduce Insurance Premium not only about Auto Insurance but also about Home Owner's Insurance. Recently my daughter got her Driver's License after she turned 18. I am incredibly surprised from Andy that how little it costs to add my daughter as she got the Good Student Discount and Steer Clear Discount. She has joined College now.
