When Monte got up on the roof and evaluated the problem he let me know that other than a cosmetic issue it really didn't pose any immediate threat to the integrity of the structure. He advised me to give them a call within the next few years when the patio roof will be about 20 years old and the membrane that protects the roof would normally start to wear out and crack, and they would be happy to come out and take a look at it. No suggestion or pressure to do something immediately, rather an honest appraisal of the type of repair I "might" need at that point. Wow! A totally unexpected, but really wonderful outcome. This was and is a reflection of both the honesty and integrity of not only the project manager (Monty), but the company as well. It's refreshing, in this day and age, when a company and their representatives adhere to a set of standards that sets them above the norm.
