Every step was carefully discussed and planned by experts who knew what they were doing during the clearing, excavating, cement laying, structure installation and electrical installation and TEP inspection. For Kyle Smith, this update follows his response to my Not Good review from 4/21 (his reply posted 12/22). First, there was no "we" ref: SCBR, just you and I, right? [So not sure who else in mind blurs this, Yelpers.] To your statement ref: "kit," that's not me either. Several contractors were met with after the project description was circulated among insured/licensed service producers. My project, let's be clear, involved separate insured contractors specializing in steel fabrication, residential insulation, and residential roof reconstruction. Your recollection here by reply now oversimplifies that context, seriously. No one came here without clear view of my project's complexity. Another ROC contractor with sales office in Pima County sent in a fabricator on site to cut each piece for the installer. SCBR was specifically asked for roofing only proposal: labor to remove the prior roofing system and then also fasten the replacement system produced onsite via separate licensed/insured contractor. (This happened after another ROC contractor managed topping off insulation in attic.) With so many moving parts, communication was everything! But implying a year + later blur marks, Kyle, dismissiveness corroborates my Not Good review, I think you can see this. Contractor transparency in construction work is everything, personal opinion. Based on our direct in person interactions, non-exemplary conduct was my impression from SCBR. You were right, the proposal for requested roofing service was not expressed. But this Not Good Review formed only after SCBR ignored phone messages, emails, etc. People who indicate follow up will happen and do nothing are bad for consumers who rely on professionalism in the market place. Since SCBR now shows five stars for a few smaller projects, wow! (Another five star review dated 5/21 --shortly after mine-- Yelp disallowed from SCBR's rating, weird?) SCBR's five star Reviews here suggest excellence. Here, floors, doors, windows, HVAC, IT/security, kitchen, etc were renovated via proposals explaining work scopes, materials, and warranty in plain English in advance. So SCBR's conduct was a surprise. My roof replacement project / insulation was not a first. Finding the right professional is never easy, and yes, it's done now. Written proposals clearly defining work scope, materials, warranty, final price should be mandatory, personal opinion. Thank goodness this is over now! read more

This review has been long time coming but I had a leak in my bedroom window and Supreme Creations took care of it swiftly and did a great job resealing the cracks in the stucco and sealing the window. They were very responsive and have been to date. Polite, honest and great to work with. Unfortunately we have had a few unexpected repairs needed on our house since purchasing it but Kyle has also given me quotes on our wish list for a bathroom remodel, floors, etc. I would trust them implicitly as they are very easy to work with and honest. read more

I was needing an urgent remodel of my bathroom and backyard. Time was of the essence. Everyone else I called said it was impossible to get done in this time frame. Supreme Creations did not bat an eye. Not only did they do a beautiful job but they got it done sooner than expected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the stress and a lot of money. The quality of work they do is poor. They take shortcuts and do everything so cheap. After a year of their horrible kitchen remodel we are still having to put in more money to fix their work! They have so many different workers coming in and out and they do not communicate with each other. And their leaders are AWFUL. Nobody knows what is going on or who is doing what. The two week job ended being months! The cheap paint and cheap plumbing has left us a horrible mess. KEEP LOOKING AND DONT HIRE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL JACKWAGONS! They do not deserve the one star I gave them but I couldn't give them zero stars. That's what their work deserves. read more

They gave me a very professional and highly detailed estimate of all the work I needed and answered any questions I had before moving forward. I cannot find enough good things to say about this company and my experience with them! Kyle came to my place to give me an estimate, and he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into/out of things, unlike other companies I had talked to. I wanted a very specific type of carport/shade structure built, and I wanted my Arizona room to be turned into year round living space with new windows and a door removed and made to fit in another space. Both projects turned out exactly how I wanted them. The workers were all very nice, showed up when they said they would and explained all the steps along the way, and always asked me if they had any questions about anything throughout the process. Kyle made sure that a few finishing touches were put on so it looked great, and it does! Supreme Creations installed a limestone feature wall in our bathroom. It turned out beautifully! We have been in Tucson for almost three years and I am NOT impressed with the character and quality of most of the contractors we have come in contact with. However, this was not the case with Supreme Creations. My first interaction with them was fantastic. The owner, Kyle Smith came to my home for a free estimate and had a quote for me in no time! I accepted his reasonably priced estimate and they had me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. I am so incredibly happy with the service that I received.
