I felt they are beyond deceptive, claiming to call "on behalf of the State of California, regarding a dormant account." Their representative has called me twice on my cell phone (even after I told her to not call me again) and provided this information regarding another person's account. Since this appears to be a solicitation call, it goes against the TCPA guidelines. Legal actions will be taken if any further calls are received from this company, on my cell phone.
