I had to serve my harasser for court hearing/ temp restraining order. Paul Katz was very helpful and served him the next morning after I reached out to him for his service. He was super diligent and eager to help me. He informed me best as he can throughout the process. In every step of the way, he tried to help and walk me through it. It gave me ease and peace that he was dependable and he did it so quickly and efficiently. On my court hearing, the court lost his proof of service he had mailed out. My court case would be dismissed without the original copy of the paper. When I called Paul about the situation, he was at Sherman Oaks, handling another job. He dropped everything and rushed over to remake the proof of service for me so my court case wouldn't get dismissed. I think he might've lost a bigger job by doing that for me. However, he was eager to make sure I had this and make sure the court had the papers it needed for my hearing to proceed. I was able to get my retraining order against my harasser. I really thank Paul for his dedication and excellent service. Its one thing to have an investigator that is just doing their job, but Paul is something more, he REALLY REALLY CARES! He will go far to help you. This whole process of getting a retraining order was emotionally and physically draining, but having Paul really made the difference.
