They almost always could accommodate me when I walk in. $28 for 45 min foot massage I don't bother remembering the masseuse name because I find it that Chinese massage places this cheap tend to have high turnover of staff. The service is pretty consistent though. Receptionist is always pleasant and prompt. Most of the masseuse speak little English, which is fine I guess because I speak little Chinese lol. So we both speak in mixed languages. I am not a chatter anyway when I get my massage. It's either I am browsing on my iPad or I close my eyes. They have tv with somsort of like a Chinese version of Netflix. If my pants are tight or if I am wearing a dress or skirt, I borrow a pair of short pants. Sometimes they offer tea, lemon tea or water but lately they don't voluntary offer. They still give it when I ask. April 26- I came and was told prices went up to $33. Monday to Friday.

The couples massage room is great to go with the wife, and they are always so friendly and caring. If you invest in the package, it's well worth your money. But they also have great weekday specials. This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

The staff on Monday-Beth in particular was exceptional she showed me the spa area and was very informative regarding the day pass(me) and the facial(male travel partner). All the staff I encountered Monday was fantastic. However Tuesday Thé morning of my spa day the staff turned off the fantastic button. We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax is you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

I have yet again returned, this time on a Monday night after a late dinner in the area. I arrived around 11pm and stayed until 7:30am. Admission has gone up a bit. It was $75.95 and for staying after 2am it was still $15 extra. After 12% automatic service charge and HST, it came out to $115.10. The place was pretty quiet. I was told the restaurant is now open until 1:45am. I went straight to the hot tubs and the steam room and was the only one there. By around midnight it got busy so I explored the saunas and knocked out in the theater. Woke up around 6am and went back to the hot tubs where I was once again, had the whole place to myself. They offer complimentary sensodyne toothpaste and Madagascar centella ampoule face wash which I am in love with. After coming here for a few years it still looks new and clean to me. I'm pretty sure I'll be back again.

You check in and then take a really long escalator up to an area where you are greeted by a staff member who assigns you a locker for your shoes! That's right, this first locker only holds your shoes with their modern locking system unlocked by your wrist band. You are offered slippers and walked over to your respective change room where you are greeted by another staff member from behind a counter. This person asks which kind of outfit you would like - a thin silky robe or a comfortable pair of shorts and t shirt. You then find your locker and store your belongings and change into the provided outfit. Your walk through this change room alone is a spa like experience in itself. The women's change room has a sauna, steam room, hot tubs and showers with brand name soaps and shampoos. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong, temperature control was easy making for a really comfortable experience. On your way out are a wall of vanity type stations fully equipped with hair dryers, q-tips, single use combs, mouth wash, any thing you can thing of all available for use at no extra cost. You're then free to wander the entire facility! The spa features: - many hot and cold rooms ranging in temperature. I recommend going in order so you really feel the difference in temperature changes. Each room is differentiated by unique wall decor - an infra red room - a gym where they provide running shoes. The gym has a few free weights, treadmills and other equipment - a movie theatre playing some old movies on a schedule (remember this used to be the FMP movie theatre) - a restaurant where the food was surprisingly superb! We tried the oysters, a rice dish, sushi and the hot drinks. Everything was delish. - billiard tables - a large lounge where you can work, chill or play board games which are available for rent! In this lounge, you are also able to purchase snacks and drinks The upper level is used for paid additional services such as manis/ pedis and massages. The admission price allows you to stay as long as you want (up to 24 hrs)! Unique experience worth checking out!

Arriving at the hotel, there's indoor parking which is nice - it gets validated with a spa receipt so no worries about added cost. You have to go go through the lobby and take the stairs to get this sheltered courtyard type area where you see the pool and a little bit of a run down sign to the spa. Upon entering, you definitely feel the low ceilings close in on you. We let the reception know of our appointment for a couples package (90 min massage with hydrotherapy) and we were escorted into this tiny room with a few lockers and robes. Then we found ourselves in a room with a bath tub to learn that we are supposed to "take turns". Kind of odd considering it's a couples package but we made do. The jets were soothing and the aromatherapy was pleasant. It was a little surprising when the 2 girls that escorted us in did not agree on the sequence of the services. We ended up doing the bath first. After waiting for one another to be done the bath, we got to the massage. The therapists asked us how long the massage is supposed to be (which again is odd). We confirmed it was 90 mins. My masseuse was descent in strength but had no structure (as in she went from the shoulders to the arms back to the shoulders then to the head then to the legs then back). It was all over the place so not as soothing as I had hoped. But my husband said his was ok. In checking out, I found out they didn't accept Amex (which was surprising as I thought they were an extension of the hotel). But otherwise it was a simple process. Not sure if we'd come back honestly, because it was very disorganized. It was not so much a treat which is what we expect of a hotel so we probably should have the routine stuff.

I was surprised that the delta hotel became a homeless shelter and you can expect that the vibe is not good when you reach the place. I had to get "screened" in the lobby not for the purpose of going to the spa but for the homeless shelter. Honestly, they only asked for my name and number and not a real screening you would expect. Also confused because saachi spa called me three times prior to the appointment and still had to ask what I wanted to do. Honestly, they were not thorough with the facial and made me try a different facial treatment instead. I think the spa is only managed by one person since nobody else was there. Try elsewhere!
