Real nice selection of incense, oils, candles, CBD gummies.... They have the dye clothes, incense burners, Budda/Hindu statues, posters, novelties and so much more. Spend $50 and get a FREE Tshirt or Sweatshirt which is a cool Extra!! The place is Clean and very organized!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you do spend the $50 and don't like the tshirt style, you can get a card( like a rain check of sorts ) to use for a design in the future... I really like this idea!!! I'm glad I asked!!! Just ok and nothing better. Didnt know if it was a pawn shop or hippie shop. I dont have much bad to say about it. Other than the hookah/shisha selection is not what i like. I tend to go with more middle eastern brands over the american brands such as Al-Fahker which i did not see at Blue. Also they dont sell in bulk or i think not. I tend to go to the east side at Shiraz which has the most authentic middle eastern foods, spices and hookahs/ hookah accessories. I dont have anything bad against this place, im sure that it serves a great purpose for the individuals who stay in the area and who wouldnt make the trek to the east side for hookah or shisha. read more

Blue has a knowledgeable and friendly staff, they are always willing to answer questions. I never feel "dumb" for asking several questions and each time I am there I learn something. Been going here for years now, haven't been in a while. new staff is young & rude? I wouldnt say that's the correct term I want to use, uptight perhaps, but something along those lines. The vibes there have completely changed my mind about this place. I feel unwelcome, pressured, and just very uncomfortable there now. I went to Closet Classics prior, and it was A COMPLETELY different energy, nothing like Blue. Disappointed and was excited to check the vibe out before 4/20 sales, HARD pass now. Thanks, no thanks. Wow do I LOVE this place. Staff is very friendly. I love the selections of shisha. I love the selections of water pipes. Anything you need, they pretty much have (well thats related to hookah, water pipes, etc..). I love the fact that if your purchase comes to a total of over $50 (before tax), you recieve a free shirt. bought a vape pen took it back two weeks later they found out it was defective said I needed a receipt to get a new one brought the receipt in a few days later wanted another $6 from me to replace a defective one that didn't work in the first place then bought a second pen they tell you a 30-day warranty and it indeed is only 2 weeks if that and then they want to get extra money don't sell junk in the first place and second of all I'm not paying more money for something I paid for in the first time and it is not my fault that doesn't work I know it's only $14 but it's the principle of the thing was in there twice and got blown off both times not happy would not buy another product from this store we're done shopping there read more

When you enter a store you should be whole-heartily welcomed to a store of this nature. There was no welcome to Blue it was more of an interrogation if a 30 year old man is of age to be in the store like that of a porn shop which was an IMMEDIATE turn off. This is a tobacco and a hippie shop which has a very diverse selection of items but the customer service is not what it should be for such a unique store that has the ability to sell these diverse items. It feels more like a judgement zone and unfortunately this store has a lost a huge amount of what it used to be. wouldn't waste much time here. read more
