I'm in America with American cash and they won't take cash. I'm on vacation and bring cash so my card doesn't get Shut off for fraud most people bring cash on vacation. So I couldn't get my son a shirt he wanted because I had cash exact change even. I'm standing here with $2,000.00 in cash in my had and was turned away. That's BS!! Do you think my son understood why I couldn't buy him a shirt and being turned away with people behind me? The $1000 cash I spent at the art studio worked fine. No cash!!! read more

Buy your stickers across the street. same exact product, almost 50% cheaper. Not saying it's a rip off here, but I'm not saying it's not not a rip off. in other words... you could totally almost have two stickers instead of one sticker and pay the same blue pebbles price. but i dunno, if you're not into deals- totally purchase the sticker at blue pebbles. Also, since I don't have the name of blue pebbles competitor across the street- that could be problematic. also, crossing the street is kinda sketch. also also, you're probably already at blue pebbles- so, if saving 50% off a $3 sticker is not worth the frogger like crossing- then totally buy it here. read more

I looked around and saw that they had a sale for sweatshirts but 2 get them for 30$. I went to the register and was met with a rude woman. She didn't greet me or anything but started to ring me up. She then said the total was 60$. I said wasn't there a sale on the sweatshirts. She rolled her eyes and in a sarcastic tone said yes. And bumped the price back down to 30$. They tried to make me pay double for the sweatshirts then what they actually cost. Ridiculous! They should be taught to understand what a sale is and what customers service is. read more

I usually like this shop for gifts to bring home, but this time the sales help was non-existent. The gal just sat behind the register and gave one word answers to customers and never tried to sell anything. While I was spending some time in South Lake Tahoe I visited this store to get some gifts for some friends. I saw they have so many good options there and I was kind of confused trying to decide what to get. I asked one of the employees there to help me. I think she told that her name is Lulu. She was amazing! She helped me to decide and showed me the best options that match what I was looking for. I was so happy with my purchase and I also recommend the store to one of my friends that was in another store and she came back and bought some t-shirts for her son. While I was shopping in the store, staff were very thoughtful and accommodating. After I returned to Pennsylvania, a problem developed with one of the items I had bought. When I called the store, the employees were only too eager to help. Krishell and Aric went out of their way to make things happen and be helpful to me.
