I called Showcase, in which Rachel happily helped me by searching inventory to double check that it would be compatible instead of just telling me to bring my board in (as some other stores did). She offered to put it on hold for me until I came in :) Once I came in, she offered to help replace it for me and gave me some tips about the strap placement as well in accordance to my boot position. I really appreciated that she proactively checked that it would work with my boots as well by asking what size I was.
