They were responsive when I called for an appointment. Before they came, they emailed us to confirm. They were right on time for the appointment and brought all of the equipment they needed. Our HOA has been giving us a hard time about the green mold growing on our siding and we had been delaying getting it removed so there was quite a bit of build-up. The brick on our chimney had black streaks that I was convinced couldn't be removed. After they were done pressure washing, our siding gleamed and our chimney didn't have a trace of black on it. They also cleaned our cement patio and checked our gutters. I'm really impressed with their professionalism and the thorough job they did.
