First, a little background: Reis dealt with the funeral for a friend/acquaintance back in 2010, so I knew that their work was professional and lovely (though, if I'm being honest, not a service I actually saw myself needing from this geographic area), so when my father unexpectedly died of cancer in August '23 and one of my brothers asked if I knew of any mortuaries in the area, this business popped into my head. But Mickey stepped in and took care of everything. She was kind and patient and spent a lot of time with me-walking me through every step of the process. She had great follow up and warmth.
