Casey came to my nieces birthday today dressed up as an elf, which was a total lovely surprise! There was face paint and balloons for the kids, which they loved! And of course lots of smiles! Casey was flexible, easy to communicate with, and followed up with us! I just want to start by saying my expectations were exceeded during my daughters' 3rd birthday outdoor celebration. Casey arrived early to set up and greeted all guests upon arrival. She provided her own seating and her supplies and equipment were clean and she maintained organization. She was very thorough and engaging with both the adults and the children. There were a line of kids waiting to get their faces painted and her demeanor remained calm. When it neared time for her to finish up she made her rounds to ensure ALL kids had some art work done.
