Standing in the heat with a toddler for almost an hour just to be brushed off like that was unacceptable and unprofessional. My sister saved the day by starting a game of duck duck goose and I got my Bluetooth speaker and initiated a game of freeze dance. The Jedi participated with the games as a guest. His face painting skills were awful and after seeing my daughter's soccer ball (a white circle with black polka dots) no one else really wanted to partake. The company then tried to gaslight me that this was their most popular entertainer when he was so awful, I had legitimately feared that he was an imposter and that the real performer had called in sick. The company also blamed my dissatisfaction on me saying that we did play games as promised without acknowledging that it took me and my adult sisters to run the show to cover for this performer's inadequacy. I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I had assumed that the company would take responsibility for their egregious deficit. Their defensive response prompted me to be honest in a review platform.
